Shipping & Returns
Our shipping is based on Local or Overseas
Local shipping - There are 2 methods
(1) Singapore mainland - Maximum Weight : 2kg
For this method, our sales team will assign our delivery team to hand deliver the purchased items with a maximum of 2 attempts to the address given. Should there be a need for a third or more delivery attempts, we will charge additional delivery charges accordingly.
(2) Other locations not on the Singapore mainland and Weight > 2kg
For this method, our sales team will use SingPost's services. Please note that this service is limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. For weights more than 2kg, the postage will be correspondingly higher, with a maximum weight limit of 5kg.
For weights more than 5kg, we recommend self collection at our office.
For Overseas shipping
For this method, our sales team will use SingPost's services. Please note that this service is limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. For weights more than 2kg, the postage will be correspondingly higher, with a maximum weight limit of 5kg.
For orders exceeding 5kg, we suggest splitting the orders so it will be below 5kg each.
